Lash Extension Fill Policy

We only perform lash extension fill services on lash extensions originally applied by the Gratitude BEAUTY team.

Our techniques, products, adhesives, and styling methods are specifically designed to work together to ensure the best retention, safety, and results.

Lash extensions applied by another salon must be removed before a new Full Set can be applied.

We cannot guarantee the quality, retention, or safety of lash extensions applied by another salon.

Adhesive & Patch Test Policy

Your safety is our highest priority.

Gratitude BEAUTY offers three types of lash adhesives:

• LED Adhesive

• Regular Adhesive

• Sensitive Adhesive

Our technicians will recommend the most suitable adhesive based on your preferences, eye sensitivity, and treatment plan. However, no adhesive can guarantee that irritation or an allergic reaction will not occur, as individual sensitivities vary.

If you have sensitive skin, sensitive eyes, allergies, or a history of reactions to cosmetic products, a patch test is strongly recommended before your appointment, regardless of the adhesive selected.

If you choose to decline the recommended patch test and proceed with your lash extension service, you acknowledge and accept the potential risk of irritation, sensitivity, discomfort, or an allergic reaction.

By declining the recommended patch test, you agree that Gratitude BEAUTY is not responsible for any discomfort, sensitivity, irritation, or allergic reaction associated with the adhesive used.

Complimentary removals, complimentary touch-ups, refunds, exchanges, or service credits will not be provided in these circumstances.

 

Lash Style Selection

Please ensure you understand the style you are selecting before your appointment.

Different lash styles create different finished looks.

Wet Look Lashes are intentionally designed with defined lash spikes to create a textured, bold, and chunky appearance.

If you prefer a soft, fluffy, or evenly blended finish, we recommend choosing Classic, Hybrid, or Volume lashes instead.

Changes in personal preference after the service has been completed—including style, curl, length, thickness, or density—are considered a new service and are not eligible for complimentary touch-ups, removals, refunds, or service credits.

 

Lash Fill Booking Policy

Lash fill pricing and appointment times vary depending on the number of weeks since your last appointment.

Please book the appropriate fill category based on your maintenance schedule.

Appointments may be adjusted to the correct fill category or changed to a Full Set appointment if necessary.

 

Service Concerns & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you have concerns regarding your lash extension application, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.

Complimentary touch-ups are available within 7 days only and only for issues determined by Gratitude BEAUTY to be related to the original application.

Complimentary touch-ups are not available for:

• Changes in personal preference

• Style selection

• Length, curl, thickness, or density changes

• Normal natural lash shedding

• Improper aftercare

• Allergic reactions or sensitivity

• Appointments requested after the 7-day complimentary touch-up period

All services are non-refundable.

Any corrections outside these guidelines are offered solely at the discretion of Gratitude BEAUTY management.

 

Botox, Fillers & Cosmetic Injections

For safety reasons, we are unable to perform treatments on clients who have recently received Botox, dermal fillers, or similar cosmetic injections and are unable to comfortably recline during their appointment.

Please consult your medical provider regarding the recommended waiting period before booking.

 

Reservations & Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card may be required to secure certain appointments.

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount.

No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service amount.

 

Late Arrival Policy

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

Appointments will be held for up to 15 minutes, whenever possible.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require a shortened service or rescheduling in order to respect the appointments of other clients.

 

Appointment Preparation

Lash Services

• Remove all eye makeup before your appointment.

• Do not curl your natural lashes before your appointment.

• Avoid oil-based skincare around the eyes.

• Remove contact lenses before your appointment.

• Please let us know if you have sensitive eyes, allergies, or if this is your first time receiving LED Eyelash Extensions.

Facial Services

• Whenever possible, please arrive with minimal makeup.

 

Mobile Phone Policy

To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that mobile phones be silenced and that phone calls be taken outside the treatment room whenever possible.

 

Child Safety Policy

For the safety and comfort of all guests, children may only be present when receiving a service themselves.

Children under the age of 12 may not accompany a parent or guardian during treatments.

We appreciate your understanding, as we do not have facilities available for child supervision.

 

Age Restrictions

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian when consultation or consent is required.

A parent or legal guardian must complete and sign all necessary consent forms before treatment begins.
